The Role We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our Central Services Property team as Health & Safety Officer. The role is an important and rewarding position, with responsibility for supporting the implementation of Via’s Health & Safety strategy, under the ISO45001 Occupational health and safety management system, and ensuring compliance is continually managed and achieved across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a busy Property team who provide a multifaceted service to the organisation. The Health & Safety Officer will support the Head of Property in driving a robust and collaborative Health & Safety culture throughout the organisation and will contribute to achieving current objectives and targets. There is flexibility regarding the work location for this role, although support to all Via Service locations will be necessary, both virtually and on site. The successful candidate must be committed, reliable, hardworking, organised and highly motivated. This role will require access to a vehicle and full driver's licence.
