The Role The Senior Housekeeping Associates will manage and ensure full operational delivery of service daily. The role is mainly site-based although movement between other KPMG sites may be required. The Senior Housekeeping Associate will work alongside a second SHA and between them, they will take full responsibility for all operational service delivery despite the time of the day. They will effectively lead their site operational teams structuring process and service delivery. The Senior Housekeeping Associate will assist the Housekeeping Manager in the management of full budgetary control for their area, ensuring targets are adhered to and bringing to the attention of the Housekeeping Manager any issues or outstanding anomalies, in addition, they will manage and ensure that compliance is effectively delivered.
