The Role As the Housekeeping Supervisor you will manage a large team of cleaners with the support of your Site Manager Working in a corporate office environment over 14 floors Lead by example to ensure cleaning standards are superior Drafting rotas and reporting on attendance and performance Training and development of the team Support with budget control About You Experience in a leadership or managerial role Knowledge and experience of quality cleaning services You will be provided with a laptop and mobile phone so good communication and IT skills are essential Passionate about delivering a great customer experience A high level of flexibility and a positive attitude to innovation and change Commitment to the ongoing success of the business The Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
