Job Description We have a brand new permanent, full-time opportunity for an Estate Assistant to join our Estates team working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 08:00am to 4:00pm. Earning £27,023 per annum, to provide high quality grounds services to schemes in West London. We are excited to be completing a brand new build scheme in the Wembley area and therefore are looking to employee a Housing Estate Cleaner & Gardener to service this. You may also be required to support colleagues on other schemes in the West London Area, however predominantly you will be working on the Wembley scheme. All PPE will be provided by Guinness. Reporting into the Estates Services Officer you will be responsible for providing high quality Cleaning and gardening services to our schemes. We are looking for someone who has good customer service skills as you will be interacting with our customers and colleagues, and you would be working both within a team and on your own. The work can sometimes be quite physically demanding. Some of the key duties involved are: Grounds, maintenance, and external gardening work (Hedge trimming, grass cutting, weed and moss control etc). Cleaning internal and external communal areas. Using mechanical cleaning tools. Cleaning of internal communal areas including lifts, corridors (mopping dusting and vacuuming). Bin store/bulk waste management. Litter picking. Customer interaction. Work Schedule Monday to Friday - 8am - 4pm. No weekend working. Essential Requirements Full clean UK driving licence. *We offer a welcome bonus which is payable in two part £500 is paid in your first month's salary and £500 is paid when you pass your probation.
