We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our busy Human Resources team. This varied role involves managing a wide range of HR administration tasks including maintaining and monitoring the Single Central Record, ensuring compliance with probation reviews, performance development reviews, DBS rechecks, and mandatory training.
You will support recruitment activities by preparing application packs, managing interview arrangements, and acting as a point of contact for candidates to ensure a smooth and professional process. Additionally, you will contribute to payroll processing for new starters, leavers, and contract variations, and assist with meetings, inductions, training coordination, and Investors in People activities.
This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on the efficiency and quality of HR services across the college.
Experience
At least two years’ administrative experience, ideally within a busy HR environment. Experience with HR systems, particularly iTrent, is desirable.

Highly organised and motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work closely with staff at all levels and external stakeholders. A keen eye for detail, strong prioritisation skills, and a commitment to confidentiality and data protection are essential.
Qualifications
No specific qualifications are stated; however, relevant HR or administrative qualifications would be advantageous.
