£42,477 to £50,961 per annum Full time Fixed term Hybrid – UAL High Holborn/Home The role University of the Arts London (UAL) is seeking a full-time HR Systems & Reporting Senior Analyst to complement an existing HR Systems and Reporting team. This role is offered as fixed term contract for 1 year covering maternity leave. The team sits within the HR Services hub, has a strong customer focus and seeks continual improvement of our business processes to meet UAL requirements. The role holder is responsible for leading, maintaining and driving the development of UAL's HR Systems. The HR Systems & Reporting Senior Analyst will lead the technical approach of the team, manage task assignment and provide mentoring, development and best practice approaches to problem solving. If you are looking for an opportunity to be part of a dynamic HR Systems and Reporting team during a period of exciting change through a digital roadmap, this could be the role for you. About you You will possess a strong HRIS background, including experience of delivering successful HRIS projects and using and developing HRIS systems. Significant knowledge of iTrent implementation and development, as well as strong data analysis and manipulation skills are essential. You will demonstrate effective communication skills and a knowledge of data collection strategies and methods within an HR environment. You will also be an organised and collaborative individual, who is capable of working in a team and can utilise their own initiative or creativity to resolve problems.
