About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Improvement Practitioner - eLearning who is enthusiastic about digital learning and educational technology and its impact on teaching, learning, and assessment. You will innovate approaches to teaching and learning using a wide range of appropriate technologies and support and train colleagues in their use and implementation in daily college activities.

In this role, you will support both teaching and non-teaching colleagues at Lewisham College by delivering 1-2-1 or group CPD activities as part of the regular college-wide CPD programme. You will also deliver development sessions during teaching and learning conferences and staff development days across the college. Additionally, you will assist in the collation and sharing of data with internal stakeholders to monitor performance across the college.

Experience
Experience in digital learning, educational technology, or a related field is desirable. Proven ability to support and train colleagues in the use of digital tools and technologies is essential.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or demonstrable experience in digital learning, educational technology, or a related discipline are preferred.
