A great opportunity to join our Information Security team as an Information Security analyst supporting our Capita Pensions Business Unit within the Experience Division. You will be working within a wider team of security professionals, you will ensure delivery of contractual, internal and regulatory Cyber and Information Security requirements. What You'll Be Doing: • Working in partnership with the businesses to ensure that security risks are appropriately managed and mitigated. • Providing guidance to Information Security related audits and reviews and ensuring action resolution (internal, external and client driven) to ensure that business units understand issues and remediation effectively mitigates information security risks. • Conducting PenTest analysis and review following findings • Information Security controls and preparing recommendations for appropriate control improvements, involving other professionals as required. • Identifying threats and providing authoritative advice and guidance on the application and operation of all types of information security controls. • Acting as the key Information Security contact for Pensions business unit What we're looking for: • Proven experience in information security • Proven experience in Penetration Testing and Findings Remediation • Working knowledge or awareness of ISO27001. • External and Internal audit knowledge • Ideally working knowledge or awareness of FSCA and financial services industry and/or experience of working in regulated environments • Good technical knowledge with the ability to explain technical problems to non-technical business stakeholders at all levels. • Aptitude to remain up to date with Information Security Standards and Technology. • Self-motivated individual with flexible approach to working. • Effective and persuasive in both written and oral communications. • Eligibility for SC Clearance Desired Certifications but not essential: • Certified in ISO27001 • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure About Capita Technology and Software Solutions (TSS) and CISO Capita Technology and Software Solutions (TSS) is a newly formed global shared service, responsible for delivering innovation and digital transformation for Capita's businesses and clients.
