The opportunity
University of the Arts London is looking for a skilled professional to join our team as Innovation Project Coordinator on a fixed-term basis at Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon Colleges of Arts (CCW).
You’ll provide excellent project coordination for the UK Shared Prosperity Fund Innovation Programme in South London. This will involve building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including local businesses, academics, project partners and funders. You will manage administrative duties, such as scheduling project meetings, data management, finance processing, report writing and evaluation.
You’ll also use your strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service to support creative-led innovation partnerships. You will support ambitious collaboration and communicate with relevant internal teams on project administration and delivery. You’ll support the Knowledge Exchange team and work on events, engaging with the public and local businesses where required.
About you
You are an experienced programme coordinator, ideally with knowledge of innovation and the creative industries. With a high level of competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, you can plan, prioritise and organise your work to deliver projects effectively and on time.
You’ll possess strong communication skills and will be capable of adapting your communication style depending on the audience and medium. You should be able to work collaboratively in a team and be able to develop partnerships and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You use your initiative or creativity to manage challenges.
