Join the team and help insulate commercial and residential properties, including social housing, using Licata & SWIP Systems. Role Responsibilities: EWI & IWI Installation – Apply insulation systems to improve energy efficiency. UFI Installation – Access underfloor areas, install air bricks, and lag pipes. Health & Safety – Conduct property risk assessments, ensuring compliance. Property Preparation – Ready sites for insulation work. Painting & Plastering – Remove wallpaper, conduct fungal washes, and prepare surfaces. Ventilation Installation – Fit extractor fans, trickle vents, loft hatches, and roof vents. Solar Panel Installation – Set up panels, connect wiring, and ensure system compliance. Equipment Handling – Operate and maintain insulation spraying equipment. Documentation & Compliance – Ensure work meets PAS2030/2035 standards. What We’re Looking For: Proven EWI/IWI installation experience. Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations. Skilled in installation equipment operation & maintenance. High attention to detail & commitment to quality. Ability to work independently & as part of a team.
