About The Role International Security Operations Centre Operative London £15.28 per hour 4 on 4 off, days/nights/weekend and Bank Holidays. 0700-1900/1900-0700hrs Bidvest Noonan is seeking to hire an International Security Operations Centre Operative to support operations for a highly prestigious international client. This will be a demanding post that will suit the most highly motivated security professionals. The successful candidate will play an important role is supporting the client and their colleagues in a number of areas including: Incident response and management Travel risk Social media monitoring Out of Hours site supervision The ISOC operator will be the primary point of contact for employees, travellers, productions and events; both local and internationally. You must have a very strong customer-focussed approach with well-honed communication skills to succeed in this role. Main Role responsibilities: Remote monitoring of multiple international sites and support ACS, CCTV, Fire Alarm On site incident response and management including use of Access Control system CCTV and other Building Management Systems Proactive threat monitoring of company assets e.g., offices, productions, etc. Social Media and News Monitoring Managing incident alert platforms in order to identify, establish, assess and escalate Mass Communication in the event of an Incident Collection and onward dissemination of security related company relevant intelligence Traveller support e.g., check-in, travel risk briefs, etc. Out of Hours on site team supervision Adherence to emergency procedures across the region including local emergency procedures Follow Business Continuity Plan protocols Correct etiquette of Client’s radio and telephone systems Conduct and/or assist in audits where required Conduct daily, weekly, monthly system checks Coordinate response to calls/requests and dispatch Complete daily logs to high standard Provide detailed handovers to colleagues, contract management and/or client General administration of Site Security Operations Participate in training and mentor and train other team members where required Required experience, skills and qualifications: SIA Door Supervisor or Guarding license SIA CCTV licence Previous Management experience Previous GSOC/SOC or controller experience ACS & BMS experience First Aid Trained Excellent written skills, confidence in writing emails and mass communication messages Excellent interpersonal skills Experience with online research and analysis Excellent Admin skills Excellent Microsoft Office skills Candidate Desired Platforms Experience: C-Cure 9000 Exacq IMMIX Dataminr Anvil Send Word Now Familiarity with Internet search engines, mapping tools and social media Candidate Competencies: Analysis and decision making Ability to perform effectively under pressure and prioritise work A methodical, structured approach to incident escalation, management, resolution and reporting Proactive and strives to meet and exceed objectives Willingness to develop self through further training or professional qualifications Assimilates information quickly and accurately.
