As an IT PMO, you will lead the project control activities end to end with project directors ensuring that all workstreams are aligned, project governance is followed and deliverables are achieved on time meeting quality requirements and within the agreed budget. As an IT PMO, you will: Consolidate and maintain project plans with all involved workstream leaders/project managers in Program & Projects division and Solution & Adoption division and maintain end to end view on planning, budget, resources and scope for prioritizing projects, aligning across IT domains/business domains on resources and managing dependencies.. Develop and implement programme control procedures and reporting Implement and maintain standardisation of governance approach across IT teams ensuring projects are delivered on time with quality and within budget Financial and resource (internal / external) control for the projects: managing, tracking and analysing data to identify and propose solutions to mitigate risks. Monitor and report to executives on project/program progress proactively highlighting and resolving risk factors (timings, decisions, technology, budget) Manage critical / key decision making & issue tracking matrix & drive resolution strategy across workstreams & business units ensuring these are in line with IT governance Creation & co-ordination of material for key stakeholder meetings (e.g. PAM, IIC, Executive checkpoints, Steerco meetings, Quality Gates, CIO project reporting) What we ask As an IT PMO, you will need: Experience in project control & project management. Strong communication skills with evidence of communication at all levels of the organisation Strong Microsoft, Excel and PowerPoint skills Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines and budget Focus on quality Knowledge of project management tool/s Ability to collaborate across multiple teams Experience/knowledge in different ways of working e.g. Agile, Iterative… Experience in collaboration tooling such as Jira, Confluence and SharePoint Ability to influence and persuade at all levels of the organisation You will need Is business outcome driven Is courageous and has conviction Ensures delivery of the outcome Is customer oriented Innovates by building on skills & experience Is inspirational and motivational Builds trust based relationships Develops and coaches others Further Information Base pay – £43,908 – £52,272 Bonus (10%) – A discretionary bonus scheme that rewards you as you help us achieve our goals.
