We are currently recruiting for a full time IT Service Desk Senior Adviser on a permanent contract based in any of the Heritage Fund’s offices in the UK, except London (Hybrid Working). The primary purpose of this post is to deliver high quality, IT technical support, and services to the Fund's staff, working in conjunction with other Teams, and 3rd party support partners. You will be dealing with complex IT issues, problems, and projects requiring timely action, bringing them to a successful and prompt resolution. All services provided will be delivered professionally, courteously, with high quality customer service and interaction being key to our service delivery model. The IT Service Desk Senior Adviser will take a proactive approach to support, in identifying and interpreting trends, and recommending appropriate solutions to put in-place. It also includes ensuring that appropriate measures and controls are in-place from a cyber security aspect. Working as a member of a close knit support team, and collaborating with other teams to deliver end-point solutions are key to the role. We have formally adopted a hybrid working approach. This means that most employees will work from their contracted Heritage Fund office twice a week at minimum. Time spent on site visits to projects or other meetings based at another Heritage Fund or external office are counted as part of those two days.
