About the Role
We are seeking a personable and motivated professional to work closely with our students on the DFN Project Search supported internship programme. This role requires a self-starter who can build excellent links with potential employers while upskilling students with SEND or barriers to learning. As a Job Coach, you will proactively support students to develop job searching skills, access work rotations within host businesses, improve their functional English and maths, and ultimately progress into paid employment. You will actively support students participating in workplace rotations and help them transition into sustainable paid roles by establishing strong networks with external stakeholders.

Experience
Proven experience working effectively with students with SEND or barriers to learning is essential. Experience in supporting young people in employment or internship settings is highly desirable.
