About the Role
Are you passionate about making a difference and creating positive social impact? As a Job Search Coordinator, you'll play a transformational role in delivering job search support sessions. You'll ensure participants make quality applications tailored appropriately to enable them to gain sustainable employment, addressing complex and varied challenges along the way. Your responsibilities will include delivering job search support sessions, guiding participants to register on appropriate job boards, creating job search sessions on our CRM system, meeting performance targets, building effective relationships with participants and advisors, maintaining accurate electronic records, and keeping up to date with local labour market information.
Experience
Experience working in very busy environments.
About you
The ability to motivate, inspire, and challenge participants to achieve their fullest potential. Strong experience in delivering against and exceeding performance targets. Exceptional communication skills to inspire and influence participants while addressing their diverse needs. Flexible and creative in solving complex challenges. High-level digital literacy. Excellent organisational skills to manage a varied caseload and deliver exceptional support while juggling multiple priorities. Knowledge of the labour market, wider provision, and stakeholders local to the area.
