Key Responsibilities Carry out general gardening duties: mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, planting Support hard landscaping projects as needed Work closely with the team to follow maintenance schedules and meet client needs Ensure all work is completed to a high standard Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and clients Requirements Experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance is preferred but not required Positive attitude, motivation, and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically fit and capable of handling outdoor manual work Full UK manual driving licence (ideally aged 21+ for insurance purposes) Working Hours & Pay Hours: 07:30 – 17:00 (with flexibility) Pay: Starting at National Minimum Wage (with potential increase based on experience) Overtime and weekend work available (paid at 1.5x hourly rate) Monthly PAYE payments Benefits Friendly, close-knit team with regular social events (e.g., pizza/beer nights) Opportunities for ongoing training and career development in the green sector
