Are you experienced in invasive weed management and looking for a leadership role in a fast-paced, growing company? We are seeking a site supervisor to oversee the control and management of Japanese Knotweed and other invasive weeds across residential, commercial, and open land sites. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise a team managing invasive weeds, including excavations and herbicide application (PA1 & PA6 required) - Use a knapsack sprayer to treat invasive species throughout the growing season - Conduct winter visits (cutting & mulching) in preparation for the next season - Assist with excavation, landscaping, and related works - Document work and follow company operating procedures - Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining our strong reputation

- 1+ year of experience in invasive weed management (preferred) - NPTC PA1 & PA6 herbicide spraying certification - Full UK driving licence - Knowledge of Japanese Knotweed and invasive plants - NPORS or CPCS certification (preferred) - Strong leadership and problem-solving skills - Ability to adapt, multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-moving environment - Commercial awareness and KPI-driven mindset
