Lead Practitioner Range 4 -10 (Outer London Weighting) + AET Wellbeing Cash Plan + Car Scheme + Pension Scheme (TPS) + Additional AET Benefits Full Time, Permanent September 2024 Start date We are actively seeking a Lead Practitioner of Physics to become an integral part of our academy, contributing significantly to the ongoing educational journey of our students. As a Lead Practitioner, you will collaborate closely with our staff to enhance teaching standards, ensuring that each student attains exceptional outcomes. Ideally, you will bring prior experience in leading teaching and learning initiatives at a whole-school level, substantiated by successful outcomes in both attainment and student progress.
