Are you an excellent Learning Lead, with skills for developing content for eLearning The Role As a Learning Lead, your mission is to create, enhance, and implement engaging learning solutions to support continuous staff development. Are you someone with excellent facilitation skills who makes learning engaging and effective. You will: • lead the delivery of core topics using various methods, such as face-to-face and virtual training • be responsible for designing and developing eLearning • work with and guide subject matter experts to share their knowledge Your ultimate goal is to develop our workforce to provide outstanding care to people who use Via services. The Service You’ll join Via’s friendly People Team, reporting to the Head of Learning and Development.
