This is an exciting opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant to join our warm, welcoming team of staff. You will work in partnership with class teachers to support learning in line with the national curriculum, codes of practice and Academy policies and procedures. The Academy aims for the majority of KS4 students to follow a GCSE pathway with alternative routes tailored to meet the needs of all students. TA targeted intervention programme is run for all students with further opportunities to access therapeutic, and psychological care packages to support the students to overcome and manage their SEMH diagnosis and thrive in wider society.
