We are looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to assist a child with moderate learning difficulties (speech and language/social communication) in Year 2. The role is ideal for a person who genuinely has a passion for helping children and who may have experience or an interest in helping children with additional needs. It is also a fantastic opportunity for those considering a career in teaching to gain valuable first-hand experience. The appointed candidate will receive support and training from the Head of Learning Success (SENDCO), the class teacher and will have the benefit of regular in-house training as well as the opportunity to attend relevant courses. Hours: 15 hours per week spread over four or five days, based around the needs of the timetable. Closing date: Monday 11th December 2023.
