Experience
An understanding of specific learning needs and styles to differentiate support to pupils. Ability to use Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook, and provide support to students in using these tools. Ability to plan effectively to enable multi-tasking.
