About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our Supported Learning team. You will work closely with students across three key strands: Complex Needs, supporting students with profound and multiple learning disabilities through intensive interaction; Independent Living Skills, helping students develop skills for greater independence; and Employability, assisting students in gaining the confidence and skills needed for paid employment. Most learners come from specialist school settings. This role requires excellent communication skills, teamwork, and a dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment to positively impact student well-being and development.

Experience
Experience working with young people with learning disabilities or in a supported learning environment is desirable but not essential. A willingness to learn and adapt is key.

Qualifications
