In this role, you will support students to achieve their full potential in their chosen courses, working either 1:1 or with small groups across a variety of curriculum areas including English and Maths. Your support may involve accompanying learners on external visits and work placements where applicable. Occasionally, you may be required to provide pastoral support and personal care, with full training provided as needed. Additional responsibilities include completing administrative tasks, maintaining up-to-date records, and assisting the College with access arrangements for exams, including invigilation duties as required. As an LSP, you will be a flexible team player with a can-do attitude, skilled at adapting your communication style to meet the individual needs of each learner.
