We are offering a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration for a motivated individual who lives in the Borough of Brent. This is an excellent opportunity to gain a formal qualification while working alongside skilled tradespeople on a large new build construction site. What You’ll Be Doing:
The successful candidate will complete the work-based element of the qualification through practical experience on site. You will support the site management team and supervisor with administrative and coordination tasks that contribute to the successful delivery of the project. Although this is a Business Administration apprenticeship, you will be based on a construction site, so you must be prepared for early starts and all-weather conditions. What You’ll Receive: * A monthly wage * Free tools and PPE * Practical training alongside experienced professionals * A pathway towards permanent employment if successful Requirements: * Must be aged 18 or over * Must reside in the Borough of Brent * Good literacy and numeracy skills * GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths * Good reference from a college tutor * CSCS card is essential Personal Attributes: * Strong work ethic * Ability to get along with people from diverse backgrounds * Good attention to detail * Strong communication skills Future Prospects: * A nationally recognised qualification in Business Administration * The opportunity to progress into full-time employment with a contractor if the required skills and progression are demonstrated
