About the Role
As a Maintenance Operative at CareTech, you will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our premises. Your responsibilities will include domestic repairs, minor projects, and compliance management to create a safe and welcoming environment for our residents. You will maintain high professional standards in record keeping and participate in regular audits of quality systems. Additionally, you will conduct inspections, manage maintenance workloads, and liaise with the Regional Facilities Manager on larger projects. Your efforts will contribute to improving the functionality and efficiency of our facilities for staff, students, and visitors.

Experience
Building and maintenance knowledge is essential. Experience with compliance and record keeping is required. A trade background is preferred but not essential.
