About the Role

Driven by strong social purpose and customer focus, we have an exciting opportunity for a talented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic Sales and Marketing team on a permanent basis. You will strategically support the development and delivery of innovative marketing strategies designed to promote and grow SNG’s public profile across the sector and beyond. Working closely with Sales teams, you will help generate high-quality leads, expand our customer base, and promote a wide range of housing developments through multiple channels and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the central Marketing team to deliver sales schemes effectively to market
- Act as a key account manager liaising with internal stakeholders, external partners, and suppliers on campaigns and projects
- Manage, implement, and report on marketing campaigns supporting the sales pipeline of shared ownership and open market sale developments, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are met
- Create detailed campaign briefs, supply copy, and source imagery for marketing materials including signage, print and digital advertising, merchandising, and exhibition materials adhering to brand guidelines
- Take operational responsibility for digital marketing channels including website content management, external property platform activity, and email marketing, reporting on budgets, lead volumes, and campaign success
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, contractors, and partnering agencies to contribute to SNG corporate objectives
- Undertake other duties as reasonably required in line with the role and organisational needs

Experience
- Previous marketing experience or experience in a similar role or industry
- Proven ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
