As the Mechanical (Plumber) Supervisor, you'll collaborate with a diverse team of skilled professionals, including Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, Cleaners, and Administrators, all united in our mission to make a positive impact and provide a secure environment. We seek a supervisor with the following qualifications and attributes: Minimum of five years' experience, preferably within a Facilities Management (FM) environment or similar sectors such as military or healthcare. Qualified plumber holding certifications such as C&G 6035 (Plumbing), C&G 6189 (Plumbing & Heating), and NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing, or equivalent. Proficient in working on commercial or industrial heating, water, or building service systems. Familiarity with Water Supply Regulation and Control of Legionella L8 requirements. Sound understanding of Health & Safety protocols. Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills. Comprehensive knowledge of risk and compliance, coupled with demonstrable planning and project management abilities.
