Mobile Cleansing Operative – Lewisham Location: Lewisham, London Salary: London Living Wage (£13.85 per hour) Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week, including alternate weekends About the Role Are you passionate about keeping your local community clean and green? We are looking for a Mobile Cleansing Operative to help maintain Lewisham’s parks and open spaces. This hands-on role involves working outdoors, ensuring that public areas remain safe, tidy, and welcoming for everyone.

Key Responsibilities: ✔ Litter picking and keeping public spaces clean ✔ Emptying bins and ensuring waste is disposed of properly ✔ Weeding and general site maintenance ✔ Responding to ad-hoc cleansing assignments as required ✔ Driving between different locations across Lewisham (Full UK Driving Licence required) Who We’re Looking For: ✅ Someone who enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions ✅ A reliable and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic ✅ Awareness of safe working practices ✅ Previous experience in cleansing, waste management, or grounds maintenance (desirable but not essential) ✅ A full, valid UK driving licence is essential
