We are committed to delivering more choice to our customers every day. We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Workshop Controller to join our team. Reporting to the Mobile Service Manager, you will oversee the staff and facilities of the Workshop efficiently. Your role will involve motivating technicians to meet targets while ensuring high productivity and quality of service. You will track the progress of vehicles through the Workshop and liaise with Service Reception to maintain customer satisfaction. If you believe you can make a difference and inspire your team to achieve business goals, this could be the perfect role for you.

Experience
A minimum of 12 months experience in the Automotive Industry is required.

You are a team player who can motivate and support your team. You possess good technical motor vehicle knowledge and are customer-focused, driving high standards in customer care. You are self-motivated, organized, and competent in ensuring adherence to internal and external processes and procedures.
