About the Role
Williams Lea is seeking a talented, organised, and motivated Multi Services Assistant to join our team. You will work alongside professionals in a fast-paced environment, providing the highest level of customer service to clients and supporting the Team Leader and Business Services Manager. This role requires a high level of multi-skilling across various service areas and the ability to perform operations independently without direct supervision.

The key responsibilities include taking and passing on accurate messages, greeting and interacting courteously with visitors, managing room and hospitality bookings, arranging catering, liaising with onsite cleaning teams, supervising and assisting at events (including occasional evening events as agreed overtime), diary management of meeting rooms and desk bookings, delivering exceptional electronic and hard copy file management, handling mail and courier deliveries, providing photocopying, scanning and printing services, and extensive computer and data-related tasks. You will also be responsible for collecting and completing billing or client charge back data, and working with the practice management system to log and record documents.

Requirements

Experience
- Experience working in a corporate environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes
