Full Time, Permanent - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with a 1 hour break. Shift pattern options: 8:30am-5pm, 9am-5:30pm or 9:30am-6pm

About the Role
Williams Lea is seeking a talented, organised, and motivated Multi Services Assistant to join our team. You will work alongside professionals in a fast-paced environment, providing the highest level of customer service to our clients and supporting the Team Leader and Business Services Manager. This role requires a high level of multi-skilling and the ability to perform a variety of tasks independently across multiple service areas. Responsibilities include managing room and hospitality bookings, arranging catering, supervising events, diary management, file management, handling mail and deliveries, and extensive computer and data-related tasks. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery in a corporate environment.

Experience
- Experience working in a corporate environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes
- Proven excellent customer service skills with confidence in liaising with clients
