About the Role
FM Conway is seeking a Night Weighbridge Operative to join our Aggregate and Asphalt division. In this role, you will assist with programming, transport allocation, and mixing schedules to maximise company resources and meet operational requirements. Your responsibilities will include liaising with lorry drivers to advise them of their workload and schedule, ensuring all vehicles leaving the site are correctly weighed and have appropriate documentation, maintaining stock levels to meet daily demands, and keeping accurate weighbridge records to company standards. You will also coordinate with the service coordinator to meet customer needs, receive and record goods daily, log all return loads on the system, and comply with company health, safety, and environmental policies, reporting any issues as necessary. Experience
Previous experience working on a weighbridge is essential. A full UK driving licence is required.
