As an Assistant Practitioner, you already understand how to communicate with young children and you want to work in a nursery setting. Ideally, you have a Paediatric First Aid qualification, but this isn't essential. As part of your application for this role, you will require an enhanced DBS check. Ideally you will be qualified to level 2 Childcare studies with some childcare experience, however we offer apprenticeships should you want to develop your career.
