About the Role
Principal Tutors, a multi-award winning tutoring business, is seeking qualified Economics teachers to deliver personalised one-to-one online tuition to pupils across the UK and internationally. You will have full autonomy in how you deliver subject content and support your pupils. This role offers the opportunity to work from home with flexible hours, no observations, no targets, and no marking. Tutors can teach up to GCSE level Economics, with those able to teach A-level Economics also encouraged to apply. An immediate start is available for the right candidate. DBS checks are required in most cases, with assistance provided if needed.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years teaching Economics at secondary level (KS3 and GCSE) in UK or British International schools. Experience teaching A-level Economics is an advantage.

About you
IT literate with excellent communication skills. Familiarity with the UK National Curriculum for Economics is essential. You should be motivated to work independently and deliver high-quality tuition tailored to individual pupil needs.

Qualifications
University Bachelor’s degree (minimum). Teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS or equivalent is required. DBS check required or willingness to obtain one.
