You'll mentor a high-performing team, ensuring quality, compliance, and positive outcomes across RESTART and Skills contracts. Your impact Lead and Mentor: Develop and guide your team to meet performance goals and foster individual growth. Performance Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring contract compliance and high-quality delivery. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners. Reporting: Create and present performance reports for the Exec and Board. P&L Management: Manage P&L for the Restart CPA, driving financial success. Recruitment: Recruit and develop a motivated team to meet service needs. Business Development: Drive growth in line with contracts and business goals. Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with commissioners and prime stakeholders. Who we seek Experience: 4+ years in management, ideally within Skills or Welfare to Work sectors, with multi-contract and multi-site management experience. Leadership: Proven ability to build, inspire, and lead multi-disciplinary teams. Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of Restart and DWP contract requirements, with experience in delivering services to rigorous standards. Strategic Thinker: Experience developing 'go to market' plans and business development strategies. Analytical: Competent in data analysis and reporting, with expertise in Power BI and MS Packages. Communication: Excellent communication skills, tailored to diverse audiences. Organised: Strong time management and organisational skills in fast-paced environments.
