AD Construction carries out a complete range of decorating and renovation work. We are currently looking for a skilled painter to join our team working on sites for Islington Council. The candidate will be responsible for a group of painting apprentices, which will entail transporting candidates to and from site each day, monitoring their performance, and mentoring them. Applicants must have experience in all aspects of P&D to a high standard and be used to working to deadlines within people’s homes. Essential Skills: Painting and decorating experience Desirable Experience working in social housing CSCS card IPAF cards and NVQ’s are desirable Additional Information: A DBS check will be carried out on your behalf at the companies expense Eligible to work in the UK Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Salary: £32,000 Initial probationary period of 6 months All applications are assesses in line with Equal Opportunities Regulations and Data Protection Regulations.
