About the Role
This is a temporary, 6-month fixed term contract role. You will be working on our Westminster contract delivering high-quality painting and decorating services alongside damp and mould treatments. Your duties will include emergency, responsive, and planned mould treatments as well as painting and decorating to both occupied and void properties. Tasks will include mould treatments, glossing, emulsion, and papering. You will ensure effective preparation techniques and produce perfect finishes on all applications. Exceptional customer service is essential, ensuring customers always come first. You will receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training provided), working efficiently and safely in line with best practice to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Experience
Experience working in both occupied and void properties is essential. You should have a strong knowledge of damp treatments and a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time and to a high standard.

About you
You must be customer focused with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent health and safety knowledge is required. A valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months is essential as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.

Qualifications
Candidates must hold a relevant trade City & Guilds qualification, C&G Craft or Level 2 in a relevant trade or equivalent, or be working towards this. A CSCS Blue Card or working towards one is also required.
