This is an exciting opportunity to join a team creating engagement processes to involve people in shaping the borough they live in. This two-year post as a Participation and Engagement Coordinator will be key member of the team and will contribute to: - Designing and delivering long-lasting and innovative community engagements that allow residents to shape their neighbourhoods and the wider borough. - Providing advice to services around consultation, engagement and participation ensuring that the Council properly consults and includes residents in decision making. - Ensure best practice in relation to participation, engagement and co-production are shared to enable officers to try new community powered approaches to involving residents.
