Hours
37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5 pm, Friday 8.30 am to 4.30 pm.

Salary
£47,000 to £51,700 per annum.

About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Partnership Manager to join us in this new role for the Connect to Work programme. You will be responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with employers, training providers, and community stakeholders across Central London. Your work will directly contribute to helping people into sustainable employment and supporting businesses to adopt inclusive recruitment practices. Your role will be essential in creating long-term, mutually beneficial relationships that help individuals connect with meaningful work, while also ensuring partner satisfaction and alignment with program goals. Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in partnership management, employer engagement, or business development and an understanding of the employment and skills sector, particularly in urban or diverse communities. Experience
Proven experience in partnership management, employer engagement, or business development.

About you
Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Understanding of the employment and skills sector, particularly in urban or diverse communities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Experience using CRM systems and performance tracking tools.

Qualifications
Knowledge of the Central London labour market and key employment sectors is desirable. Experience working with disadvantaged or underrepresented groups is a plus. Familiarity with government-funded employment programmes and compliance requirements is also beneficial.
