About us…
Thames Reach runs projects and services that help to end homelessness in London. We work directly with homeless people on the streets and in hostels. We work to prevent vulnerable people from becoming homeless. We help formerly homeless people get their lives back on track. We help people find work and access training and volunteering opportunities.

About this role…
We are looking for a People Business Partner to join the People (HR) team.
You will:
.Provide guidance on People practices such as employee relations and restructures
.Influence and build relationships with managers around Thames Reach to help improve business efficiency.
.Act as a local point of People expertise for teams that are implementing new people approaches
.Bring People expertise and develop solutions to help the business areas to deliver its strategy.
.Work on People projects and new initiatives to be implemented across the charity.
To succeed as the People Business Partner, you will have:
.Significant experience within a People / People generalist role, ideally qualified to CIPD Level 7 or working towards this.
.Strong track record and knowledge of UK HR legislation to manage the ER caseload.
.Experience of effective use of data to provide insights that drive the strategic People plan.
.Experience of managing a varied and busy caseload and projects.
.Strong interpersonal / teamwork skills with an ability to facilitate and coach others.
.Have an interest in homelessness and a desire to support us to have a positive impact on the lives of homeless people.
