Our ways of working: This is a People Team Coordinator role, ideal for someone looking to kick start their career in HR, supporting our wonderful People teams (People Experience, People Operations and People Partnering). This role will also include office management/coordination duties and for this reason, will be primarily office based (Gray’s Inn Road, London) and will report to the People Operations Manager. Join the EVolution: The People Team Coordinator role is a central part of our People & Culture team, serving as a friendly face and ambassador to the rest of the business, whilst maintaining confidentiality. This dynamic role provides a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in all facets of our People & Culture team, with varied responsibilities spanning multiple areas, alongside office management duties. You will be responsible for: Serving as the point of contact for day-to-day administrative queries across the People team and wider business, acting as a trusted representative. Providing comprehensive support to the People Partners, People Ops, and People Experience teams across all administrative tasks. Assisting the People Experience team with engagement, communications, and general PX coordination tasks. Supporting with the administration of monthly payroll, owning all People ops processes, letters, HRIS data entry and liaising with the payroll team to ensure a monthly error free payroll process. Supporting and administration of all year-to-year People processes such as annual pay awards and pay reviews, bonus and share schemes and objective setting. Collaborating with team members to streamline processes and tasks, while identifying opportunities for efficiencies and automation across HR operations and the employee lifecycle. Supporting with HR metrics and data processing requests. Handling the day-to-day operations of our London office, working alongside the Leadership team Executive Assistants and managing suppliers, vendors and providing relevant office admin support. Liaising with building and facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, landlord and security system services. Managing visitors' entry process, supporting with issuing of passes, and notifying reception team of any visitors attending the office. Ensuring the office, meeting areas, washrooms and kitchen areas are kept presentable Support with on-site meetings and events as required. Working closely with key stakeholders such as Executive Assistants. Please see the attached Job Description document for additional information pertaining to duties and responsibilities. Electrify us with your skills: We believe this role would be ideal for someone with experience in an Office, EA, People, or Community Coordinator role, or a similar position. The successful candidate will possess: Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality whilst building relationships and liaising alongside a variety of teams. Attention to detail, good prioritisation skills and accuracy in administrative tasks. Ability to collaborate effectively and identify process improvements, whilst building relationships. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities. Professionalism and a friendly, approachable attitude to provide excellent service to colleagues and stakeholders. A self-starter mindset with a proven ability to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment, and a solution-oriented approach. Experience working with a mid-sized People team and a HRIS within a growing SME is advantageous. Experience in managing administrative processes, as an EA or PA, and/or office management will be considered an advantage. Knowledge of People policies, contracts, payroll, and HR templates is advantageous.
