Photographer and Videographer
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Location: Capital House, 85 King William St, London EC4N 7BL
Contract: Permanent, full time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Monday through Friday rotating shifts; 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm
There is a requirement for occasional events outside office hours.
Break details: 30-minute lunch, unpaid
Work model: Hybrid (At least three days in office versus two from home )

Purpose of the role
The Photographer and Videographer will have the opportunity to cover corporate, headshots, portraits and events (some of which are outside office hours).
The main objective of this role is to lead the photographic development from concept to delivery and to support the video team for filming and editing.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the in-house specialist for photography
Support the Senior Video Editor with filming and editing
Collaborate with the Video Team to concept, storyboard, edit and create engaging and compelling content for a variety of campaigns and media
Take the initiative on projects to deliver new and innovative solutions
Adhere to brief and guidelines in ways that still push creative boundaries
Be responsible for the internal photography
Develop the photographic style maintaining high quality standards
Key Competencies:
5+ years of experience in photography including post-production
Experience in creating concepts and mood boards for shoots
Strong portfolio with examples of corporate, portrait and event photography
A reel showcasing a range of different corporate videos
A solid understanding of branding and the ability to convey brand messaging through photos and videos
Able to demonstrate strong creative thinking and see that applied across all areas of work with spotless execution
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
Ability to work to deadlines
Have a deep understanding of high-end audiences
