About the Role
FM Conway is seeking a Plant Supervisor to join our Aggregate and Asphalt (A&A) division. Based at our Heathrow Asphalt plant, you will perform a multi-skilled role including operating the asphalt plant, mobile plant, and weighbridge functions, alongside coordinating the shift and supervising the site. Your responsibilities will include supervising and motivating the operational team to achieve excellence and continual improvement in quality and efficiency, managing stock levels of fuel, constituents, and raw materials, and ensuring mixing plans are carried out effectively and cost-efficiently. You will report critical issues promptly, generate task-specific risk assessments and safe working practices, and control and supervise contractors in line with company health, safety, and environmental policies. Additionally, you will carry out all weighbridge functions, manage the daily delivery schedule, and maintain effective communication with team members to meet customer needs.

Experience
Proven experience with asphalt plant manufacturing operating systems is essential. You will have a good understanding of health and safety practices and legislation. Experience operating loading shovels, telehandlers, and weighbridges is required.
