About the Role
London Metropolitan University is recruiting a Policy and Charter Mark Officer to join the Centre for Equity and Inclusion. The postholder will work as part of the Charter Mark team, supporting the University’s strategic commitments to equality, diversity and inclusion through frameworks such as Athena Swan (renewal due 2026), the Race Equality Charter (submission by 2027), the Stonewall Workplace Equality Index (annual), and Disability Confident. This role reports to the Charter Mark Manager and offers a strong development opportunity for candidates interested in charter work, policy alignment, and sector-facing equity initiatives.
