This is a Full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £27,592.50 per annum and benefits package. Rotating shift pattern from 06:30 – 18:30 Mon to Fri. Please note an enhanced DBS is required for this position. What will you deliver as a Premises Assistant. Act as a fire marshal/respond to the fire alarms etc. Lamp replacement of lighting fittings on a reactive basis or as directed by the PMs. Resetting of circuit breakers on domestic electrical circuits. Plumbing & Maintenance as requested. What can we offer you? Experience in a customer facing role is desirable Good reading and writing skills Basic numeracy skills Basic computer literacy would be desirable or willingness to train as required Basic Plumbing & Maintenance Who are we?
