About the Role
Join Synnovis, the UK’s leading and fastest growing pathology company, as a Primary Care Borough Lead. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our Primary Care customers and Synnovis diagnostic pathology services. Your primary focus will be to enhance the flow of tests from Primary Care to our laboratories by establishing strong relationships with stakeholders across various NHS Trusts and GP surgeries. You will enjoy a flexible working environment, splitting your time between our Hub in Blackfriars, community visits, and remote work. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying process improvements and fostering collaboration among diverse teams.

Experience
Experience of working with stakeholders and large-scale engagement. Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, building relationships, and working in networks. Experience reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and managing specific tasks as part of a wider project.

About you
You are a confident public speaker with excellent presentation skills, capable of communicating complex information clearly. You possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead small projects effectively. A background in Primary Care is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications
Educated to degree level or equivalent business experience. Customer Services/Public relations related training or qualifications and project management training are desirable.
