We are looking for a Privacy Administrator to join our Data Protection team on a permanent basis here at Southern Housing! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to advance their knowledge of Data Protection and would like an opportunity to be a part of a high performing team, support our internal teams and external customers. Reporting to the Data Protection Manager, in this role, you'll provide the Data Protection Team with a variety of clerical and administrative support with duties ranging from routine to moderately complex, to ensure the smooth running of the team. You'll be working alongside our other Privacy Administrator and Privacy Administration Lead to support the day-to-day operations of the team. This role will be based at our Farringdon office in Central London, working in a hybrid way, with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office. What you'll need Basic understanding of UK GDPR regulations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good management of individual workloads Experience of managing tight deadlines/working to legislative deadlines Use of Microsoft Office software (experience of using Adobe Acrobat, Customer Dynamics and/or One Trust would be desirable!)
