Procurement Administrator Hyde Park, London (with travel to all parks) The Organisation The Royal Parks (TRP) is a charity created in March 2017. We manage over 5,000 acres of diverse parkland, rare habitats and historic buildings and monuments in eight Royal Parks across London. These are Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, The Green Park, St James’s Park, The Regent's Park and Primrose Hill, Greenwich Park, Richmond Park and Bushy Park. We also manage other important public spaces including Brompton Cemetery and Victoria Tower Gardens. Our eight Royal Parks and other iconic green spaces are among the most visited attractions in the UK with 77 million visits every year. We are now looking for a Procurement Administrator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. The Role As a Procurement Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement department. Specifically, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, including preparing tender documents, processing invoices and maintaining procurement records. Working with the Deputy Head of Contract Management and Procurement, you will co-ordinate various procurement meetings, manage scheduling and assist with the department's financial processes to ensure an efficient workflow. You will also work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, acting as a point of contact to gather necessary information and support procurement activities. Additionally, you will: - Respond to procurement enquiries - Keep stakeholders updated on the status of various procurement processes - Identify and implement opportunities for improving procurement processes and efficiencies - Contribute to the development of tools and systems for automating procurement activities About You To be considered as a Procurement Administrator, you will need: - Experience in an administrative support or a procurement co-ordination role - Strong analytical and problem-solving experience - Strong organisational and administrative experience - At least three A Levels or equivalent qualifications Other organisations may call this role Administrator, Admin Assistant, Procurement Co-ordinator, Purchasing Co-ordinator, Procurement Officer, Buying Co-ordinator, Buying Officer, Purchasing Administrator, or Purchasing Officer.
