Our dynamic and successful Quality Assurance Department is pivotal to ensure that the quality, safety and legality for all Lidl food and near food products are tested and guaranteed. We are now looking for a Product Analysis Administrator to support the Department.
As a Product Analysis Administrator, you will be working with the Product analysis team who looks after due diligence testing, managing internal and external stakeholders, and investigating product reports. This is a quality-driven multi-tasking role making you a vital member of the Quality Assurance Team!

What you'll do
Risk assessing items based on safety criteria and product knowledge
Processing test reports onto an internal database system
Reviewing test reports to ensure compliance with the testing specification and legal parameters and investigating non-conformances in a timely manner
Liaising with suppliers, laboratories and warehouse personnel to maintain compliance with the sampling programme
Liaising with buyers regarding supplier performance and analysis results
Invoice processing
Analysis based project work
Ad hoc QA tasks
General office duties including answering phones and dealing with queries
What you'll need
Food Science/ Science based degree desired
Food Industry experience preferable (Industry placements will be considered)
Passionate about food safety and quality
Strong organisational and time management skills
Comprehensive Excel skills and experience of working with other Microsoft Office programmes
Highly focused and accurate with an uncompromising eye for detail
A motivated and proactive team player, with a can-do attitude, who is also capable of working independently
Excellent written/verbal communication skills and confidence in partnering with stakeholders
Risk based approach to technical issues
